After the picnic the flowers are wrapped and sent home with you to enjoy. The candles, place settings, and decor are inventory and are to remain at the picnic site.
Picnics are non-refundable. The weather is watched closely prior to your picnic date. In the event of rain the picnic will be rescheduled to a date that is suitable for both parties or moved indoors if that is an option.
What happens to the flowers after the picnic?
What happens if it rains on my picnic day?
Prior to your social soirée a consult is set up to go over what your picnic style is. We try our best to meet your expectations. We do not offer themed parties or cater to children's parties.
The calendar is generally open 2 months prior. That said the dates fill quickly. It is suggested to book at least 1-2 months ahead during the busy season but no less than 2 weeks prior to the date. Time is needed to coordinate vendors and curate the event.
How do I pick the picnic design?
How soon should I book?
All we ask is that you enjoy yourself and we will handle the rest. A team member will arrive at the end to clean up and tear down your bespoke picnic. Please wait for the arrival of this team member before leaving the picnic.
What do we do at the end of the picnic?
Each picnic will last 2 hours with the option to add on additional time for a fee. A team member will be there to greet you and go over housekeeping at the start of the picnic. You are asked to remain at the picnic site until the team member returns at the end of your picnic time.
How long is the event and will someone be there to meet me?
Pinehurst Picnic Co. can not provide alcohol but we can provide everything you need to go with it. Wine/champagne glasses, bottle opener, ice and ice buckets. Keep in mind if you are picnicking at a public park alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol is optional at a private residence or private event venue.
